By using SSTikTok you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
SSTikTok is a technical utility that resolves a publicly accessible media URL and streams the corresponding file to your device. We do not host, store, index or distribute video content.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use SSTikTok only for content that you own, that you have been granted permission to download, that is licensed for reuse, or that is in the public domain. You must not:
- Download content from subscription or paywalled services, or attempt to circumvent any technological protection measure;
- Use the service to infringe copyright or any other intellectual property right;
- Use the service for harassment, stalking, doxxing, or to obtain non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Download content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors — such use is prohibited absolutely and will be reported to the relevant authorities;
- Scrape, overload, or resell the service, or use automated means to submit bulk requests beyond the documented limits;
- Remove or obscure attribution, watermarks or rights notices when republishing content.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use any file you obtain through SSTikTok, and for compliance with the terms of service of the platform the content originated from and with the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual property
All content downloaded through the service remains the property of its respective rights holders. SSTikTok claims no rights over it. The SSTikTok name, site design and source code are our property.
6. Third-party platforms
SSTikTok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Platform names are used descriptively only.
7. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Platform APIs change frequently; downloads may fail without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, availability of any specific format, or continued support for any platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSTikTok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including claims brought by third parties in relation to content you downloaded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
